How many guests can stay at Duškova Vila?
Apartment Elisa on the first floor sleeps up to 9 guests – it has two bedrooms with double beds and an attic with five mattresses. Apartment Karolina on the ground floor (60 m²) sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Apartment Elisa offers self check-in with a smart lock.
How much does a stay cost?
Prices are for the whole apartment per night and depend on the number of guests: Apartment Elisa from CZK 1,246 and Apartment Karolina from CZK 2,331 per night. You will find the full rate table on the Booking page and see the final price before you confirm.

Is there parking at the villa?
Yes. Free private parking is available on the villa grounds; no reservation is needed.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately not – pets are not allowed at the villa.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. They especially enjoy the attic with mattresses in Apartment Elisa and the large garden. Extra beds and cots are not available.
Are smoking or parties allowed?
The entire villa is non-smoking. Parties, stag and hen nights and similar events are not permitted – the villa is a place for a quiet break.
How far is the villa from the centre of Opařany and from Tábor?
The centre of Opařany is 300 m away and the Na Staré Poště restaurant 450 m. Tábor is 18 km by car; Bechyně and Milevsko are 12 km away.
Is there Wi‑Fi?
